Wellington, Florida
I am so excited to share Paige and Michaelss wedding with you today, which could have seriously been featured (and very well may be in the future) in ANY bridal magazine across the world. These two have impeccable taste, to the point where I cannot even describe how perfect every single detail was. And perfectly executed by the terrific team of vendors organized by the fabulous team at Golden Pineapple Events. From a cigar roller to cocktail hour games to a full candy bar, the Bride and Groom covered all the bases to make sure that their guests had the time of their lives.
Because her pups meant so much to her, Paige made her wedding day preparations at her home so they could be apart of wedding day memories. Accompanied her mother, the grooms mother and her closest friends, it was a perfect way to start the day. The ladies giggled and enjoyed one last champagne toast before Paige got into her dress. When I saw Paige in her wedding dress, I almost lost my breath! I just kept saying, that dress is everything!
Michael got ready at the Hilton West Palm Beach. A trendy new resort in the heart of downtown Palm beach , the perfect spot to get his day started. Michael was joined by his father, father in law and groomsmen. To see the look on his fathers face as he helped Michael in to his jacket and tie is what I live for. The pride on his face as he watched his son on his wedding day was so touching.
Both Paige and Michael arrived at the wedding venue by limo separately. Both the Ceremony and Reception where held at the International Polo Club in Wellington Florida.
The Polo grounds were the perfect backdrop for their September wedding. The sun shone bright and there was a refreshing breeze. I knew that Michael would be mesmerized when he saw Paige in her dress walking down the aisle. In fact, immediately following the ceremony, I heard the Michael tell Paige that he had never seen a gown that amazing, not on any bride or any magazine. He could not stop admiring his new bride in her stunning dress.
While the guests enjoyed cocktail hour games and music. We finished up with the bride and grooms portraits just in time for the perfect golden hour light.
To start the Reception, Michaels hockey buddies made a hockey stick tunnel to introduce the new Mr. and Mrs. Im pretty sure I got whacked on the legs at least 3 times followed by a hockey puck to my knee but it was totally worth it cause the images are amazing. The couple danced the night away with their family and friends. Of all the amazing moments my favorites of the night were when the couple carved their initials in their cake (yes they actually did) after small icing warand the very last dance where the couple gave the most amazing dance performance to New York, New York as their friends and family created a broadway style dance line around them.
From the insanely gorgeous wedding florals adorning the venue to the romantic candles and draping, there wasnt a thing that wasnt thought of and carefully planned.
What a joy it was to photograph you on this special day, you two. I hope your years are full of happiness, light and just as much beauty!
